Q. What type of warranty do you offer? A: Due to circumstances beyond our control, we can only warranty materials and workmanship for one year. If there is ever a problem with a piece of furniture we have repaired or refinished, please call us. We stand behind our products and service at Vince's Furniture Service. |
Q. Do you pick up and deliver? A: We offer pick-up and delivery for most items. Pieces too large to handle such as dinning tables, etc. Will require help with the delivery service. Cost depends on the size and situation surrounding the furniture, and time involved with the pick-up and delivery. Travel, difficulty, disassembly, etc. are all factors. |
Q. Do you do touch ups on-site? A: Yes we do. Most furniture is best finished in our shop, where we have a spray booth to exhaust lacquer fumes and ample lighting for detailed work. |
Q. Do you re-glue and repair chairs? A: Yes we do. Chairs are the most abused piece of furniture in your home. We will completely dismantle the chair, clean all glue joints if doweled, replace all dowels, re-glue, clamp, level and replace worn glides. Once completed, our re-glued chairs exceed most factory standards. |
Q. Can you repair my piece without refinishing it? A: Yes. Quite often we will re-glue or repair furniture without refinishing it. |
